Data-driven decisions live at the heart of every school’s PBIS implementation. Your team meets to review the data you’ve collected, identify places for improvement, test out possible solutions, and monitor your progress over time. The decision-making process isn’t complicated, but the power is in the details. Enter the Team-Initiated Problem Solving (TIPS) Meetings.

On paper, TIPS is a meeting framework, but it’s so much more than that. TIPS is the only scientifically-based, data-driven decision-making process proven to get your schoolwide community the support they need faster than ever. And we’re bringing it to all SWIS Suite subscribers this summer!

Introducing TIPS Meetings — your online data coach guiding your team through the decision-making process every step of the way. It will keep your team organized and on-track, empowering you to focus on solutions that improve outcomes schoolwide. Go beyond filling out the spaces in a meeting agenda. Let TIPS Meetings be your team’s space to review data, create goals, and track next steps for every decision you make.

TIPS Meetings is an add-on to your SWIS Suite subscription. Whether it’s SWIS, CICO-SWIS, I-SWIS, or a combination of the three, if you’re a subscriber, your school can add TIPS Meetings for $15/month, that’s only $180 for a year!

While our developers put the finishing touches on this new app, stay tuned to our website for more information and a sneak peek of what’s to come!

Your time together is valuable. Don’t waste it trying to get organized, looking for last month’s minutes, or figuring out what comes next. You deserve efficient tools to keep everyone focused and engaged in their best work.
